This stainless steel unit is insulated and features a hinged lid with the option of stay-open and self-close operation. The clear lid showcases your toppings and makes checking product levels quick and easy. The lid hinges to allow stay-open and self-close operation. The unit accepts (1) 1/6-size steam table pan 6″ (15.2 cm) deep. Your contents can be chilled with ice or (1) Eutectic Ice Pack (#242803). The insulated shroud prevents condensation when chilling, and side mounted hooks accommodate 6″ long tongs (not included).Pan and ice pack is sold separately.
