This stainless steel pump is designed to dispense from a 1/6-size steam table pan, 6″ (15 cm) deep with a 2.7 qt, capacity. The pump dispenses a 1 oz (30 mL) serving per stroke with the option to reduce the portion size in 1/8 oz (3.7 mL) increments, using the supplied gauging collars. A black knob is standard. Steam table pan shown is sold separately. Pump dispenses thick and particulate condiments.
